Delete without reinstalling
Open the web version of Cats GO, sign in, then choose Profile → Privacy → Delete account and confirm your password. If you cannot sign in, contact the operator below from the email used for the account and request deletion. Do not send your password, API keys or card details. Support may ask for proportionate evidence of account ownership.
What is removed or retained
The active account, cat media, collection, sessions and associated memberships are removed. Detached purchase records remain for up to seven years; AI cost records, resolved reports and moderation logs remain for up to two years. Deleted database records may remain in protected recovery history for up to 30 days. See the privacy notice. Deletion is not a refund request; contact support or the store separately about purchases.
Device-only album
A local album has no server account. Export it if you want a copy, then use the local deletion option in Profile or clear the app's storage. Separately remove any exports or operating-system backups you no longer want.
